2. Ordering & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Prices listed are final, but taxes and delivery charges may apply.
  • We accept digital payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, etc.). Cash-on-delivery (COD) may be available in select areas.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless permitted by our customer support team.

3. Delivery & Pickup

  • We partner with selected vendors to ensure hygiene and quality.
  • Estimated delivery times are only approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct address and contact details. LightBite is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
  • In case of delayed or undelivered orders, contact our support team for assistance.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled or refunded, except in the following cases:
  • If the order is incorrect or significantly different from what was ordered.
  • If the food received is spoiled or unhygienic (photo evidence required).
  • If the order was not delivered due to an issue on our end.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.

5. Quality & Liability Disclaimer

  • We source food from selected third-party vendors. While we ensure hygiene and quality, LightBite is not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from consumption.
  • Customers should check ingredient details before consuming.
  • LightBite is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused due to external factors (weather, strikes, traffic, etc.).

6. User Conduct & Restrictions

  • Customers should not misuse our platform by placing fake orders, providing false information, or attempting fraud.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or ban users violating our terms.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, and content on LightBite are our property and cannot be copied or used without permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We value your privacy. Your personal details are stored securely and used only for order processing and customer support.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties except for delivery and payment processing.

9. Amendments & Modifications

  • LightBite reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance.
